Capita Hartshead has appointed five new directors to manage different specialist services within the company.
Andrew Bonnyman, Kenneth Donaldson, Kevin Francis, Mark Richardson, and Malcolm Pearce – who collectively have an average of 20 years’ experience in the industry – have all been appointed to the board.
Bonnyman, who is currently operations manager, has been appointed director of pensions operations, and will report to Paul Faulkner.
Donaldson is now director of business development; Richardson is director of life company solutions; Francis is director of life company services; and Pearce has been appointed pensions operations director.
Donaldson and Pearce will sit on both the strategic executive board and operational board.
Bonnyman, Francis and Richardson will sit on the life company board.
Managing director Mike Addenbrooke said: "With the new board members coming from different backgrounds and different areas of specialism; Capita Hartshead now has a board that accurately reflects the new service areas into which the business has moved."
