NORTH YORKSHIRE County Council has appointed Mercer to provide actuarial services to its £1.2bn pension scheme.
The £480,000 actuarial contract to the North Yorkshire Pension Fund will include triennial valuations of the scheme’s assets and liabilities, production of interim reviews.
The consultant will also provide advice on the calculation of benefits in accordance with the Local Government Pension Scheme regulations.
The date of the contract award was June, 18 2008.
