Professional Pensions Rules

The Professional Pensions Rules are divided into two sections. The first section is important and are required to avoid causing offense. Breaking one of these rules may lead to a suspension of your account. The second section is very important and violation of any of these rules could lead to the immediate suspension of your account and to legal action being taken against you by the authorities or an aggrieved party.

Section 1

• Do not swear
• Keep your post relevant to a particular article
• No advertising
• Post only in English
• No impersonating other people – we can identify who you are and your membership will be suspended

Section 2

• Do not post messages that are unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening , harmful, incite crime, sexually orientated, homophobic or racially motivated
• Do not post anything copied from anywhere else as you do not own the copyright
• Avoid contempt of court or breaking court injunctions, this is anything which prejudices ongoing or forth coming court proceedings, or names individuals or speculates as to their whereabouts following a court issuing an injunction.

Copyright and the law

You own the copyright in your postings, but you also agree to grant Professional Pensions a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any such work worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.

If you do not wish to grant such rights to Professional Pensions, we suggested that you do not submit your contribution to this site.

Professional Pensions reserves the right to delete any posting, at any time, for any reason, and is under no obligation to publish any work submitted.

By posting on this site you also agree to indemnify Professional Pensions against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Professional Pensions as a result of your breach of the above warranty.
