Buy-in and buyout deals hit £7bn in first half

The value of buy-in and buyout deals completed in the first half of the year was four times higher than in the same period last year, research shows.

The market reached nearly £7bn in the first six months of 2014, smashing the previous record of almost £4bn in 2008 and quadrupling last year's figure of just £1.7bn, figures from LCP reveal. LC...
