UK - Hewitt Associates, a global human resources services firm, hasannounced the appointment of Jerry Edmondson to its Talent andOrganisation Consulting (TOC) group in the UK.
Edmondson has been appointed as Hewitt's communications delivery team leader, based in Epsom. He will be responsible for the development and delivery ofcommunication solutions for clients across a wide range of HR relatedactivity.
Edmondson joins Hewitt from Aon Consulting where he was a seniorconsultant and led Aon's communications practice in London. He hasover 15 years' experience in communicating employee benefits, including share schemes, total reward and flexible benefits arrangements and pension plan changes.
Edmondson said: Companies are increasingly recognising that effective communication is the best way to align employee behaviour with business strategy.
“It's no longer just a matter of maximising returns on expensivebenefit arrangements - it's also about managing business risk andsupporting business objectives.
