PGGM, the Dutch Health Workers Pension Fund, has sold the freehold of 120 Old Broad Street to Standard Life Investments for £26.7m.
The building was completed in 1993 and comprises 49,637 sq ft (4,612 sq m). 54% of the building is let to Regus and the remainder of the building is let to Deutsche Bank, Sherwood International and Azlan.
