UK - Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) Investments has added to its institutional fund management team, with the appointment of Jeremy Thomas as a UK fund manager.
The appointment of Thomas - formerly an associate director at Schroder Investment Management - brings the number of UK equities fund managers at R&SA up to six. Prior to his career in fund management, Thomas was a captain in the British army.
Speaking about Thomas’ appointment, Robert Talbut - R&SA managing director - said: “Jeremy’s experience and track record will complement and enhance the skill and depth of our management team, providing the additional firepower we need to continue the rapid expansion of our investment business.”
