GLOBAL - JP Morgan Investor Services has launched the Trade Settlement Tracking and Relative Ranking System (JPMorgan TradeS.T.A.R.R.).
This web-delivered analytical product, developed by JPMorgan Investor Services Information Company, is designed to help asset management and brokerage firms reduce operational risk and costs of failed trades.
JP Morgan TradeS.T.A.R.R. uses a series of 10 metrics based on data from JPMorgan's global trade settlements database to measure, analyse and rank the settlement efficiency among broker dealers, within and across markets.
System users will be able to rank and review broker performance based on aggregated settlement data in single and multiple markets and empower asset managers and broker dealers with information needed to make decisions that mitigate the risks and costs associated with failed trades.
