UK - AXA has appointed Nick Groom as head of corporate benefit solutions. He will continue the development of Axa's group pensions proposition and target the large corporate market through major fee-based employee benefit consultants.
Groom joins from AMP Corporate Pensions and will head Axa’s programme to build an end-to-end corporate pensions proposition.
Sales and client management director Gary Tarleton said: “Axa has invested around £170m in a major re-engineering programme, £40m of which has been spent on the new group pension systems alone.
Nick’s appointment will bring a wealth of experience in corporate pensions and managing businesses in this transition period.”
