UK - Dominique Carrel-Billiard, currently senior vice president in charge of business support and development for the asset management arm, is to become CEO of AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) in June 2006.
Current CEO Nicolas Moreau (pictured) will replace Dennis Holt, who has announced his retirement from his executive role as group chief executive of AXA UK from 30 June 2006.
Carrel-Billiard joined AXA in May 2004 as a senior vice president in charge of business support and development for AXA IM. Until 2004 he was a partner at McKinsey & Company.
Henri de Castries, chairman of the board of AXA said: “Dominique Carrell-Billiard will have to to extend growth dynamic that AXA Investment Managers has shown since its creation thanks to its successful multi-expert business model.”
