UK - A web-based service which analyses and explains pensions ombudsman determinations is being launched by law firm CMS Cameron McKenna and information provider Pendragon.
The service – Po-info – is written by the pensions ombudsman unit at CMS Cameron McKenna.
Pendragon joint managing director Simon Freeman said: “Perspective carries the full text of all the ombudsman determination, currently nearly 3000, and the appeal judgements.
“The addition radically enhances the usefulness of the determinations collection.”
