UK - Aegon UK has bought a 9% stake in the independent advisory business of Aurora Financial Group for an undisclosed sum.
Aurora will join Aegon UK as part of its distribution holdings subsidiary – and retain its current identity.
Other purchases by Aegon include a 2.5% stake in Millfield, a 60% stake in Positive Solutions, a 9.9% stake in Berkeley Berry Birch and the takeover of Momentum.
