Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) has appointed Jennifer Averre-Beeson to the newly created position of DC director in the pension sales and relationship management team.
She joins the team from Schroders, where she was assistant director of the firm's DC business since 1997.
Averre-Beeson will be joining a 40-strong team and will report to Danny Sharp, head of DC sales and relationship management. She will hold responsibility for some of MLIM's larger DC and stakeholder clients.
Averre-Beeson's arrival follows the recent appointment of Sarah Rutter - a former DC specialist from Watson Wyatt - as relationship manager for MLIM's DC team.
