UK - Mercer has set up a global practice to focus on human resource technology and operations consulting.
The practice – which brings together the resources of several existing specialist groups within the firm – will provide advisory and delivery services, including overall strategic advice, design and delivery of technology and project management during implementation.
The UK practice leader will be AGI Gregory, who was previously head of Mercer’s UK eBusiness group.
She said: “Many companies now recognise that technology has strategic importance for the effectiveness of HR operations.
She added: “Firms are now spending US$45bn (£28bn) on HR technology globally.
“It is important Mercer plays its part in helping organisations make the right decisions and get the best return on their investments.”
Mercer’s decision to create the new technology and operations practice is based on research and feedback from clients in the UK and globally.
