UK - Man Investment Products is to launch its first sterling denominated fund tailored for UK institutional and private investors.
Bermuda-domiciled Man Glenwood Multi-Strategy GB will give investors access to the management expertise of Man Glenwood who have a 15 year track record of managing hedge fund of funds and counts the US’s General Motors pension-fund amongst their clients.
The initial offer period is until September 25, 2002. Minimum investment level is £10,000 for both share classes. The fund targets medium-term annualised growth of around 11-12% for an annualised volatility of around 7%.
Man Investment Products is part of Man Group and currently manages around US$20bn for investors worldwide. The firm has launched more than 200 alternative investment products.
