UK/JAPAN - Neptune Investment Management is expanding its investment team and has appointed William May as head of Japanese equities, and Rob Burnett as investment analyst.
Both appointees report to Robin Geffen, Neptune’s managing director and chief investment officer. May has over 26 years experience in Far Eastern equity research, mostly recently having worked with Geffen at Orbitex, also as head of Japanese equities. Burnett worked at Goldman Sachs within the equities division. His sector focus at Neptune is autos, aerospace, defence and engineering. Geffen said: We believe that there will be significant investment opportunities in the Japanese market. We are also expanding our global sector coverage.
