UK - The £50m McCain Foods Pension and Life Assurance Scheme has appointed Attica Asset Management to manage all of its assets against a multi-asset fixed weight benchmark.
The frozen food giant said it had decided to move away from balanced management in favour of the multi–manager, ending its relationship with Rothschild Asset Management and Singer & Freidlander Investment Management.
Attica said that the win brings its total client base up to 28 institutions, including 23 UK corporate pension funds. Mercer, which has a preferred provider relationship with Attica for its Mercer 360 product, advises the fund.
