The $1.9bn Dallas Employees Retirement System (ERS) will appoint a manager for its $300m equity real estate investment trust (REIT) mandate on August 14, 2001.
The equity REIT manager search will end on June 11.
According to the fund, a manager recommendation will go to the board in August, with the contract starting in early September.
Wilshire Associates is the fund's consultant.
