UK - Sir Anthony Holland has been appointed as the independent complaints commissioner for the Financial Services Authority.
Holland will be responsible for complaints made against the FSA by firms, consumers and others in direct contact with the organisation.
Holland, who is chairman of the Northern Ireland Parades Commission and former principal ombudsman for the Personal Investment Authority, takes over from Rosemary Radcliffe, who has held the post since the complaints scheme’s inception three years ago
