UK - Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) has appointed Clive Hamilton as business development manager, with responsibility for growing the business in the Midlands and the North of England.
Hamilton, previously with HSBC Actuaries and Consultants, will join JLT’s Manchester office. John Broker, JLT’s UK business development director, said: “JLT aims to take an increasing market share through an investment in business development resources and a distinctive service proposition in consulting and administration. I am delighted that Clive has decided to join us and he is a valuable addition to our team”.
At HSBC, Hamilton held a similar role to his new position at JLT. Prior to his time at HSBC, Hamilton worked at Aon Consulting.
JLT’s employee benefit group comprises more than 600 professional staff and has three main operating sectors. Benefit solutions provides occupational pension schemes with consultancy, actuarial and administration services.
