UK - Gissings has come bottom of a Global Pensions survey of UK investment consultants' manager research capability, while Mercer retained its position as the most highly rated consultant.
The exclusive research undertaken by Global Pensions asked the heads of UK institutional at 18 asset management firms to rate 13 consultants between zero and five on their investment research capabilities. If a respondent had no dealings with a consultant they were allowed to pass. Each of the firms surveyed was then given an average score.
