UK - Morningstar announced today the promotion of Joseph T. Grause Jr toCEO of Morningstar UK.
Grause joined Morningstar in 2004 to expand its institutional investment consultingbusiness into international markets. Morningstar Europe CEO Hans Fjarem said Grause’s experience in the investment-management environment made him ideally suited to the new role.
Morningstar International president Bevin Desmond added: “[Grause’s] experience with the fund industry will serve him well in furthering our adviser and institutional capabilities in the thriving UK market. He… has already introduced our consulting capabilities in Europe through relationships with Exane in France and Banca Ifigest in Italy.”
