UK - Watson Wyatt has boosted its account management strength with the appointment of Paola Bradley.
Paola joins from Hewitt Associates where she was a managing consultant responsible for a number of major global client relationships. She joins Watson Wyatt as an account manager and is based at the firm's London office.
Her areas of expertise are change management, organisational design and development, performance measurement, learning and development, leadership growth and reward. She currently holds the position of Honorary Visiting Fellow at City University.
