SCOTLAND - A Bill that would give same-sex and unmarried long-term partners equal pensions rights as married couples has been lodged in the Scottish Parliament.
Patrick Harvie’s Proposed Civil Registered Partnerships (Scotland) Bill would give civil registered partners legal protection, rights and responsibilities similar to those provided to married couples.
