UK - UBS's Triton Property Fund has acquired two leisure parks in Leicester and Southampton from Heron Property for £42m.
The two properties are Leisure World in Southampton and Leicester Leisure Park. The Southampton-based property has a 13-screen multiplex cinema, casino, three restaurants, two themed bars, a pub and a nightclub. The Leicester Leisure Park comprises a 12-screen multiplex cinema, Mecca Bingo, two restaurants and a pub.
