GLOBAL - The global economy is showing some signs of recovery, but it is not coming through as quickly as many investors had anticipated, Schroder claims.
Schroder income fund manager Humphrey van der Klugt said: “There is no doubt there has been a sharp fall in investor confidence in the US.
“There is a feeling that dubious accounting practices have undermined the bases on which many businesses have been evaluated, which is weighing on sentiment.”
