UK - Morley Fund Management has appointed Douglas Crawshaw to its property team.
Crawshaw will be the fund manager of the Igloo Regeneration Fund, which invests in urban regeneration developments in UK towns and cities.
He will also be responsible for the Norwich Union Public Private Partnership Fund, Morley’s PFI property fund.
He joins from King Sturge where he was a senior associate in its financial services division.
