Schroders reaffirms emerging markets commitment
US - Schroder Investment Management (SIM) has hired Peter Clark as an executive vice president and global head of emerging markets, based in New York. The appointment takes immediate effect.
Clark joins SIM from rivals JP Morgan Investment Management where he was a managing director and head of emerging markets. He assumes his new responsibility from John Troiano who has increased his group responsibilities since his election to SIM’s board in August.
Clark began his investment career with JP Morgan in 1986 and has spent the most recent 11 years specialising in emerging markets.
He reports to Susan Haroon, head of institutional business.
