SWITZERLAND - Scott Sullivan has replaced Franco Taisch as general counsel for the e195bn Julius Baer Group.
Sullivan, currently general counsel of Julius Baer's Asset Management division, took up the position on May 1 this year.
Christoph Hiestand, former head of corporate and regulatory matters, will assume the role of deputy group general counsel.
Julius Baer said Taisch had left to pursue “other opportunities”. Taisch held the position of Group general counsel since 1998, when he joined the company.
