UK - Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has won the Innovation of the Year award for its UK Balanced Property Trust.
The award was presented at the Scottish Property Awards dinner on May 15.
The UKBPT has performed strongly since its launch in March last year and has paid its anticipated gross dividend at the rate of 7% per annum.
