GLOBAL - Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) has appointed Quintin Price as chief investment officer for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Pacific region.
Price joins from Gartmore, where he was joint global CIO equities, based in London.
Bob Doll, CIO of MLIM, said: “Quintin’s knowledge of investment markets, instruments and alternative products combined with his experience of managing investors will help us take advantage of a wide variety of opportunities in the industry.”
Prior to Gartmore, Price worked for Putnam Investments where he was a partner and global head of fundamental research, based in Boston.
In his new role he will report to Doll.
