UK - Karen Head is joining Kristina Lushey as an equal partner at Key Selection.
Head has more than seven years’ experience in financial services and pensions recruitment.
Key Selection has been trading for three years, previously specialising in the Lloyd’s insurance market.
Lushey said: “There has been a rapid expansion allowing us to move into larger business premises and grow our client base throughout London and the Home Counties.
