UK - Watson Wyatt is celebrating its 125th anniversary.The firm was established in 1878 with Reuben Watson's "pioneering" actuarial work and has grown to become a global consulting specialist.
Senior partner Paul Thorn-ton said: “We have grown from small beginnings in the specialist field of friendly societies to a prominent position as an adviser on a range of issues to major corporations and financial institutions.”
Watson’s left London for Reigate in 1938 and is celebrating its 125-year history with a publication, The Story of Watsons.
