UK - Pension funds will target the remuneration report of property development group Berkeley Group at its annual general meeting on August 22.
The NAPF recommends shareholders vote against the remuneration report, because of payments made to group managing director Tony Pidgley.
The NAPF’s Voting Issues Service report said: “The gaps in the information provided make it difficult for shareholders to assess certain aspects of the various incentive schemes.”
