Drivers Jonas, chartered surveyors, has been appointed by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership to value the Lloyds TSB Life Property Fund and the Lloyds TSB Property Pension Fund.
The Funds comprise approximately 90 properties with a total value in the region of £250m.
Rupert De Barr, the Drivers Jonas partner responsible for the instruction, said: The appointment builds up Drivers Jonas' 20-year relationship with Scottish Widows.
In addition to providing traditional monthly valuations, Drivers Jonas will offer an electronic property database and the use of bespoke internet sites to aid communication between all the parties involved with the portfolio.
