US - Julius Baer has announced it intends to make an initial public offering (IPO) of its US asset management business at some point this year.
JBIM has total assets under management of US$73.2bn.
Subject to approval, the shares will be listed ono the New York Stock Exchange. Julius Baer said it couldn't offer any more details at this time as it was bound by SEC regulations.
