UK - Aon Consulting has made a top-level appointment with Anthony Parish joining as customer service director in the firm's pensions administration practice.
He reports to John Reeve, managing director of pensions administration.
Parish joins from ABN Amro, where he was a divisional manager responsible for major corporate accounts. Before that he was manager, customer services world-wide for British Airways, accountable for world-wide fleet and customer services.
Parish’s new responsibilities include enhancing services for both trustees and individual scheme members by looking at turn-round times, and online access.
