UK - James Hay Consultancy has launched a new property guide on purchasing commercial property through small self-administered schemes.
The guide is the first in a series aimed at supporting those involved in what James Hay describes as “a very complex area of business”.
Director of consultancy David Seaton said: “Buying property through a SSAS is tax-efficient and can inject valuable cashflow into a company as well as building up a substantial pension fund for retirement.”
