UK - Gresham Property Partners - the opportunity fund managed by Schroder Property Investment Management - has spent £10m on two acquisitions.
Gresham has acquired an office building and adjoining development site in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, from GlaxoSmithKline for £4.8m, reflecting a yield of around 9.8%
The property partnership has also acquired two industrial/warehouse buildings in Tongwell, Milton Keynes, from MWB Services for £4.6m reflecting a capital value of £40 per sq ft.
