UK - Standard Life Investments has bought the freehold to an industrial warehouse in Walsall from GE Capital and Opus Land for approximately £7.7m.
The acquisition, which is the fourth by SLI’s Property Income Trust, comprises two warehouse units covering 110,000 sq ft and 53,000 sq ft respectively. Both units are let to Powerhouse Retail on full
