Wragge & Co seminar to debate ECJ ruling
UK - Law firm Wragge & Co will host a seminar on the "groundbreaking" Martin v South Bank University case on December 10.
The limited liability group will discuss the European Court of Justice ruling, which found early retirement and “conditional benefits” are transferable.
The firm will host another seminar on December 17 – Pension Reform and Tax Reform: Where are we now? – but this depends on whether the Inland Revenue Tax Simplification paper has been released by December 11.
