EC - Fidelity Investments is urging the European Commission to clamp down on member states which have tax regimes that discriminate against mutual funds.
Fidelity’s European Mutual Fund Business president Thomas Balk said: “Tax discrimination in the EU presents the single biggest obstacle to the EC’s ongoing efforts to create a single market for financial services.”
