UK - Morley Fund Management chief operating officer Nick Alford has been promoted to the group's board.
He will take control of Morley’s IT department and change management divisions following the resignation of chief financial officer Gerard Quirke.
Alford, who joined Morley in January 2002 and became chief operating officer a year later, will retain his operations role.
Quirke said he was looking for new challenges in the fund management industry after four years at Morley.
