UK - Invesco, part of the Amvescap Group, has hired Patricia O'Loughlin as institutional marketing director.
O’Loughlin will oversee Invesco’s relationships with public sector organisations and insurance companies.
She takes over from Jeff Attfield who retired at the end of September after 19 years at the firm.
O’Loughlin most recently served as managing director of the insurance and treasury asset management division of Newton Investment Management, now Mellon Global Investments. She has also worked as head of fixed interest at both Capital House Investment Management and Scimitar Investment Management and was a fund manager at Orion Royal Bank.
