UK - Watson Wyatt has hired Jim MacLachlan to join its global manager research team as a senior investment consultant, effective this month.
MacLachlan, who will report to Craig Baker, head of the global manager research team, has 17 years of fund management experience, most recently at Standard & Poors where he was director of pension services. Previously, he managed funds as an assistant director at Philips & Drew.
The appointment of MacLachlan is the fourteenth full-time addition to Watson Wyatt's specialist global manager research team in the last 12 months.
