UK - IFAs that fail to wind-up their pension reviews soon will be at risk of fines from the FSA, warns the Jardine Lloyd Thompson.
JLT said that the FSA intends to bring the pension review to a complete and final conclusion.
JLT’s Head of review services John Merrick said: “IFAs should seek professional help to ensure that they can put this complex yet demanding process behind them and get a clear signoff from the FSA.”
