UK - Trustee Code of Practice founding chairman Brian Holden retires from the CIS Employees' Pension Scheme on Friday January 30 after 35 years with the firm.
Holden has advised on the lay trustee structure and involvement at more than 400 pension schemes and has been dubbed “the trustees’ champion”. His work was recognised in 1998 when he was awarded the MBE.
Holden is a Fellow of The Pensions Management Institute and chairman of both advisory service Trustee Risk Management and the Trustee Code of Practice Group. He is also a member of the trustee panel for OPRA.
