UK - Many UK companies do not see corporate governance and social responsibility as significant issues, research by Insight Investment reveals.
In the fund manager’s analysis of the 2002 annual reports and accounts of FTSE100 companies, 16 did not include any reference to corporate governance, and 12 contain no reference to corporate responsibility.
