UK - JP Morgan's transition management business has expanded its global team and added additional fixed income capabilities.
He reports to John Minderides, global head of JP Morgan's transition management business.
In addition to Gardener, the company said five new executives from Bear Stearns had joined the team in New York and Jody Windmiller had joined the London-based EMEA team as a sales and client management executive.
Windmiller previously was a senior member of UBS's transition management business.
Earlier this year, JP Morgan said conducted a transition in excess of US$15bn. It said transitions such as that one had increased the business's transition flows by two-fold in the first three quarters of 2008.
