UK - Administration specialist Capita Hartshead has appointed Richard Hardy as principal pensions technician within its pensions technical team.
Hardy, who has 19 years’ experience in pensions, was previously a technical consultant for Norwich Union’s pension transfer review team.
In this role he devised and implemented strategy for the completion of the FSAVC review, coordinated the decommissioning of the pension reviews and provided technical support and project delivery.
He will be based at Capita’s head office in Sheffield, where he will have responsibility for providing technical consultancy services to both clients and staff.
He said: “The UK pensions outsourcing market is extremely buoyant, with an increasing number of companies seeking specialist external support.
“I’m looking forward to building on the reputation and expertise that Capita Hartshead has established and helping deliver improved services for our clients and their customers.”
